How can I schedule a showing?

All showings require an application.  We schedule showings with applicants in the order the application is received.  Complete an application and we will contact you as soon as we can to schedule a showing.  Applications are non-binding and the credit and background checks are not completed without your prior approval.

 How is the background and credit reports completed?

We utilize MySmartMove.com.  Once you have seen a property and told us you want to sign a lease we generate an application to your email via MySmartMove.com.  Follow the instructions via the email and enter your credit or debit card information to verify your identity.  The reports are then generated to our email with an approval or denial recommendation.

 Does Rental Property Solutions of Wisconsin own the properties available for rent?

No.  Most or all of the properties are homeowners that have contracted with Rental Property Solutions of Wisconsin to manage their property as a rental.
